(Reinforced High-Density Polyethylene) 100% tested, 30 mills, 40 years, limited warranty, UV protection, fish safe, NSF certified for drinking water and very easy to use. No foundation required for most uses. It is Made in America, under the best quality and environmental standards. We ship directly via FEDEX, UPS. DHL or other to your door. This is our best-selling commercial grade pond liner, suitable for most uses, from ponds and lakes to mining and infrastructure. Call us if we are missing your size!!! Free Standard Ground: Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states. Your package should arrive in 2 -7 business days depending on delivery location. No free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 10 – 20 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $50-400 USD delivery fee. Please contact us for a quote. Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
Large packages over 150 Lbs. All packages larger than 150 lbs. will be sent free freight to any commercial address loader.

Free shipping is limited to items bigger than 1600 sq feet. It ships on pallets via freight to commercial locations with equipment ONLY.

Shipping returns and cancellations
*To return an item to us, you’ll need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
*All returns require an RMA# in order for us to accept shipment of your item(s).
To obtain an RMA#, please call our Customer Service Department at 352 445 2821, Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
*Any returns without a valid return authorization number may be refused.
*Please write the return authorization number below our return address on the outside of the box.
*We only cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error.
*Items returned for other reasons will not be provided with a pre-paid freight return label for reasons such as “changed my mind,” “did not like the product” and “ordered the incorrect product” so shipping must be prepaid by the customer on all returns of this nature.
*All products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box.
*Refund will be given on merchandise returned in the same manner as originally charged within 5 business days of receipt.
