Free Standard Ground: Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states. Your package should arrive in 2 -7 business days depending on delivery location. No free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 10 – 20 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $50-400 USD delivery fee. Please contact us for a quote. Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
Large packages over 150 Lbs. All packages larger than 150 lbs. will be sent free freight to any commercial address loader.
Residential Customers need to pick up at local freight warehouse or selected commercial location. Please call us if you have any questions. Next Day: We can do it at an additional cost to you. Please call us for a quote prior to buying. Next Day delivery is only available to our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States.

Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm EST on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days.
All orders must have a valid physical street address (no PO Boxes).
Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping in all orders in the 48 continuous states. All other services will be quoted individually by UPS, FEDEX or other Carriers.
NO FREE SHIPPING ON PALLETS TO RESIDENTIAL
Free shipping is limited to items bigger than 1600 sq feet. It ships on pallets via freight to commercial locations with equipment ONLY.
All others pay to freight company: $100 residential delivery fee and/or $100 lift gate fee if needed, $150 farm or remote delivery may be additional. You can pick at your local freight company warehouse within 50 miles for FREE. Please call us if you have any questions, 352 445 2821.
Shipping returns and cancellations
*To return an item to us, you’ll need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
*All returns require an RMA# in order for us to accept shipment of your item(s).
To obtain an RMA#, please call our Customer Service Department at 352 445 2821, Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
*Any returns without a valid return authorization number may be refused.
*Please write the return authorization number below our return address on the outside of the box.
*We only cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error.
*Items returned for other reasons will not be provided with a pre-paid freight return label for reasons such as “changed my mind,” “did not like the product” and “ordered the incorrect product” so shipping must be prepaid by the customer on all returns of this nature.
*All products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box.
*Refund will be given on merchandise returned in the same manner as originally charged within 5 business days of receipt.
*We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

Our Company does not accept order cancellations once the order has been placed, unless you contact us and we authorize it prior to shipment, per our Terms.
*The order is considered completed when you click “Submit Order” during the ordering process and may have already shipped within minutes.
*If you have ordered the wrong product, you will have to order a second product online or return the first unless it is intercepted.
*If you do not receive your item within 15 days from the date it was ordered, please call us, we will send you a new identical replacement.
